Websites automatically do all the selling. Can goof off all day, get involved in the explosive $500,000,000.00 per month cd-rom business, experience tremendous profits in less than 1 week. YOU CAN'T LOSE-RISK FREE. Work 30 min per day, 2 days per week and begin to generate $7500.00 per month or more. WORK'S 100% EVERYTIME, EVERYWHERE,FOR EVERYONE.

I paid $97.00 for the plan. I got 2 cheap soft cover books,a total of 306 pages with 20 order blanks for other plans.There was page after page of advertising for these plans.These plans should not have been offered until after 60 days or until I knew wheather the first plan made profits. The plan was hidden in 75+% advertising. Other plans were for much better money makers. Instead of telling me to stick with the first plan, NHBC overwhelmed and confused me with massive amounts of products and attacked me fast and viciously.

By advertising that their plan works 100% everywhere for everyone,no one needed to worry about the refund time limit. If it is good for 60 days, it is good for 50 years.You say I can be one of the select few to offer your cd's. You send your bulk rate booklets to every op seeker you can find. Your 500 computer games on one cd only has a short version of games and are poor quality. Some good cd's have only one game. Your cd's are old and outdated. DVD'S are taking over. You offer free dropshipping. NOT TRUE. I would have to pay postage and other fees.

You keep saying: Order in 7 days. Before they are all gone. Time limit, receive free gifts, time is running out. Discount you can't wait, insider secrets, inner circle,etc. Years later you make the same offer,same price or less. In the first booklet,Oct 03, I got 15 free bons gifts,a $249.25 value and the plan at half price within 7 days. 1-19-06 for the same plan you offer 100 free gifts, a $2995 value and the same half price within 7 days. RIP OFF!! The last booklet says you decided to unveil the op for me right here for the very first time. OUTRIGHT LIE!

You have a simple plan to sell cd's on a budget of $150 or less. I followed your instructions and ordered a voice mailbox. With setup fees,etc, it came to $84.23. You said it would be only a few dollars. I had to keep paying steep monthly fees even if I sold nothing. I had to cancel this.

You told me to build an inventory of ready to ship packages. This cost $236.55. I had to buy your booklets. Least amount was 500 for $195. You would not work with me to send less. You said the first thing to do is to incorporate. I seen a lawyer and got a business name,separate checking account, got liability ins. and hired an accountant. This came to 263.40.

You say customers want the product so bad that they will respond to any ad that offers it and the product has such a high perceived value almost any price seems like a bargain. You told me to place classified ads and I did for $40.25 with the toll free voice mail #. NO SALES! Is that a $150 budget with guaranteed success?

You say: I promise: I will do everything possible to help you make the largest amount of money and the more I make, The more NHBC makes.Then why did you never contact me to find out why nothing was happening or to offer help or to see if I kicked the bucket?

On the order form for the $19,877 plan you ask about employment, business,marketing experience,level of education,if one owns home and references. This info should have been obtained for every plan.

10-23-03 when I faxed $4995 for SIX PACK, you could not debit my account. Here you should have inquired about my finances. Instead you called me and even reduced the price to $4450 to scam me quick. Did everyone get that discount? And you told me to send a bank check,which I did.

10-24-03 I bought BUSINESS IN A BOX for $1469. THis booklet said I have nothing to lose. Before you know it,you'll be making serious money with almost no effort. You have the same potential that I had to make an extra $3250 per week. I did not have the same potential because I had different circumstances. How many made an extra $3250 per week?

It says: Your financial nighmares can end inside of 30 days-most AVERAGE participants will do it in less than 1 week. OH REALLY! WHO ARE THEY?

10-27-03 the $1995 plan was taken out of my account. I have no idea what this is for. 15,000 booklets cost $1995. Also $1995 gets a web mall for 3 years that contain all 8 websites. But the $4995 order form says I did buy the web mall already and it does not mention a separate $1995 purchase. I didn't fill out an order form for $1995 and didn't sign to have it debited. I bought a lot of duplication rights.Nhbc did not tell me that I did not need this to start out or that I should expand my business from profits from the first plan. The $1995 was not for hosting the websites for 3 yrs, because I got that free.

NHBC will not let me talk to fellow distributors in my area. Honest co's won't object to this. NHBC is not honest!! NHBC is offering chances to win a computer in every booklet and also has quarterly drawings. Everybody has lots of chances to win. How many won? Who are they? Then NHBC says they preselect one lucky name. NHBC gives it to whom they want when they want to.

Because you set short time linits I ordered plans hastily, under Duress without knowing anything about the company. You did target me agin and again with 14 more 32 page,high gloss,full color,attention grapping booklets as bait for other plans. The booklets wre meticously and painstaking designed by professional con artists who manipulate minds and then you bait the hook with a cheap but irristable offer.

I had zero knowledge or experience as to how this type of business works or how poorly advertising works. Here's the proof that I didn't know: If I would have known I would not have given you a penny.

Employees are not trained to look for people's financial situations or limitations. You did not exercise the proper standard of care and were grossly negligent. You have raped me emotionally. You say you will give me all the secrets and give EXPERT guidance. Instead you took advantage of my ignorance. NHBC,Media Masters, Cashmasters, priests and cigarette co's deliberately withheld vital facts.

DESPICABLE, SHAMEFUL, HARMFUL,UNLAWFUL AND CAUSES SEVERE SUFFERING. You made misrepresentations, exaggerated and inflated claims and took my money by deceiving me. Is that theft by deception?

You say you're the nation's #1 home business. I don't see ads-never seen your cd's- never heard anyone talk about it. Nhbc never told me that only RISK CAPITAL should be used and did not warn me on the phone and gave no warnings in the booklets. You should have made it your business to find out that I have schisophernic and anxiety disorders and chronic depression,on several meds,suffered severe mental anguish,cried,lost sleep,tormented myself for being taken,on low income disability and life's savings cannot be replaced. NHBC knew that such tragedies occur and yet they kept working the system. DISPICABLE!You say $10,000 reward paid to anyone who can prove that a better op exists. I made money from other ops without any work or effort. You must send that $10,000 to now,within a 7 day time limit.

You say I should offer a refund to increase orders,then you say it is the industry wide practice not to refund opened software.That's how you operate. No ethics, honesty or integrity. The following is criminal illegal activity: The plans and info was confusing and sometimes overlapped.I paid for the START BUSINESS cd website twice and got it free once. 5 other websites I paid for twice. COMPUTER GAMES website I paid once and got it free once. For the START BUSINESS DUPLICATION LICENSE I paid once and got it free once and I paid for the master disk and I got it free in another plan. NO I DIDN'T! That's what I was supposed to get.

Everything was sent in one shipment and I thout I got everything. There are 3 other things I did not get. The INTERNET BOOTCAMP LIBRARY with 16 cassettes I got free 3 times. NO,I only got it once!! Nothing is free. I paid for it 3 times when I paid for each plan. NO I didn't. I did not fill out an order blank for the $1995 plan!!

You say you will expose everything and nothing will be hidden from me but you never sent invoices stating what I paid for. This must be investigated by the authorities.

NHBC/Media Masters did provide instructions to be used specfically for this business. You cannot disclaim liability for my loses. If you want to do that,you should have left it up to me to find ways to promote this.

You made tons of implied guarantees and representations of huge,easy and quick incomes.I did not sign anything releasing you from liability or that I understood the risks involved. I received 3 kinds of 32 page booklets, 2 books,306 pages total, 4 manuals of instruction,399 pages total, 40 cassette tapes, 1 video, 9 floppy disks, 8 kinds of cd's to sell,410 total. Much of this was for computer use and was of no help to me. This was wasted money and you would not break up your offers so that I could only buy what I could use or needed. You said a computer is not needed.

Because of my health, it took many weeks to studt this and then decide on a plan and test that plan. 60 days was not long enough for even 1 plan.

How can you call yourself the WATCH DOG of the industry when you need the law to watch you? You say I was the one hand picked person per state for this private invitation. I was not hand picked,you knew nothing about me. It's not private. It's in every FAST CASH book. I was the wrong person to represent you because I'm honest.

You say in black and white print that you WILL TAKE ME BY THE HAND. You took me allright!! You misrepresented facts affecting my decision to purchase. I was not given any pre-sale disclosure documents with info about earnings claims or an earnings claim document stating a resonable basis for stated earnings claims; or the number and percentage of prior purchasers who had acheived results as good or better than the represented earnings or how much the average person invested to make a profit.

You rushed me with time limits and used scare tactics making me buy under DURESS and then you loaded me with excessive and uncessary products/services that are speculative,unproved,outdated and require an excessive amount of expertise to avoid loses and lack a reasonable profit potential. You say some distributors are making more money than others. This says that everyone makes money. You say in 5 min., I'll learn how to fire my boss,work 1 hour a week and Easily earn an EXTRA $7500 per month OVER AND OVER again.

You say MICROSCOPIC MARKETING EXPENSES. I bought because of that.You say you will hand me a serious moneymaker that has the ability to turn an income into a FAT SIX FIGURE IN NO TIME FLAT. I want that income.

In your $1995 plan you took my money for 8 websites at $249 each and you called it wholesale. In the $4995 plan I already bought 6 of the same websites for $166 each. you also gave one website free,which cost me $249.

You brag about registering my sites with all the top search engines with special registration words deep inside the website called META-TAGS that let even more people see it. Now you say it is only 10 search engines. Why did you even mention this worthless item? Why did I get no sales? Why did I get no inquiry?Now you say: "I simply pay you for the products as I sell them.I keep the profits and get paid first.I pay you 75 cents per cd rom AFTER I've the sale." Then why do I have hundreds of cd's? Why do you sell beginners such excessive products?

I know that a company like you doesn't make that many mistakes. It was done deliberately because of greed!! Maybe you should be making your money selling cd's instead of scams!!

You say I DON'T HAVE TO TALK TO ANYONE. On the website order form is my name and address and phone number. It says contact customer service at:my address and phone number. So if someone calls for a refund or to complain, I don't have to talk to them. RIGHT? I had someone take that phone # off and it still is there.

On the bottom of the webpage it says COPYRIGHT and then my name. I didn't know I had a copyright. This way NHBC gets no complaints and I am responsible for everything.

On the web order form is a place for the customers email-phone-credit card # and signature I would not want just anyone to see this info. NHBC lets any criminal be a distributor. WATCH OUT when you order NHBC products.

I paid for the duplication licenses for 8 cd's. NHBC says there is only one duplication license available per state on a first-come,first served basis. In the $19,877 plan,which is a clone of NHBC'S entire business, you also get duolication licenses to those 8 cd's and this is also for only one per state.

This is done to afford that state's complete territorial control. You say:"If your state has been served, we will attempt to negotiate your acceptance with that existing stats's associate on your behalf." Nothing was negotiated with me. Is that why NHBC does not want me to talk with fellow distributors? I HAVE BEEN STABBED IN THE BACK!

You sold me HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS/SERVICES to me. 3-15-06 I sent a 15 page letter to you asking for a full refund, plus rewaed, almost $19,000.00. You were too dumb to cancel services and give a refund.NHBC did not deny any of the facts. So my valid claim is accurate.

I want the advertised 6 figure per year,lost opportunity income of $900,000.oo per yr. I want a gigantic amount for agggravation, suffering and other things. I want $8,567,390.00. I hope my demand is met.
