Complaint Review: Nationwide Insurance

Nationwide Insurance they said my payment was 2 hours past due and my policy was canceled due to none payment. so they took my 195.74 payment and sent me a final bill of 42.00 and canceled policy on the day the payment was made. in the mean time I had no idea that i had no insurance until i recieved the letter in the mail asking me for 42.00 to clear my balance. I called them they were just terrible and got insurance with another provider. nationwide Nationwide

 Nationwide Insurance took my payment of 195.74 and canceled my policy that day for non payment. Due to I was 2 hours late making my payment. I had no idea I was not covered. I recieved a letter saying I owed them 42.00 to pay my account in full by 12/25 or be turned into a Collection agency. But still had no insurance and not notified. Well I went to another provider immediately. so they take your money any give you nothing but another bill. A real life SCAM in the state of PA I sould not being those rates with a clean driving record and no claims for more then 10 years.
