I received a call from Sam Roser that he had a buyer for my timeshare.  Next day I received by email an offer over the price I was asking..  It included that I the sellor was to deposit $3200.00 for good faith in an account in Florida with Sun Trust Holding Bank.  I was not able to confirm the bank or the account number.  When I refused to send money no more calls or emails from Sam Roser!!  Scam, Scam

Mrs Colleen Enger, I find it funny that you sign a contract , agreeing to the terms and conditions and then back out, and I'm scamming you. Ofcourse I stopped calling you reneged on a legal contract. Now your are trying to disgrace my name by writing a complaint with no merit when you are the one that was dishonest through out the whole process. Be very careful who you decide to slander because karma is a b#%/.
