Complaint Review: Nationwide Locum Tenens

Nationwide Locum Tenens LLC is a recruiting company for healthcare professionals and staffs organizations when needed. This company recruited me for a contract job doing physicals for a company. I performed the physicals over a 2 week period at the end of April 2016. I submitted signed time cards in a timely manner and awaited payment. Payment is to be issued the following Friday of a submitted timecard. No payment was ever issued. 

I had prompt responses from my recruiter who reported disappointment that I had not been paid yet for my services, and he put me in contact with the accounting department. The accounting manager communicates in an unprofessional manner and has never been direct about when my payment will be issued. He has acknowledged my payment amount of $3753.34 is due; however, he continues to blatanly disregard the payment of this due amount. I have sent dozens of emails and there is no phone number to contact for the accounting department. I have called numerous times to the main number for this company and left several voicemails (because no one answers) and have never received a call back. I have also sent a Contact Us email on their website and have not been contacted.

My last contact with the accounting manager, Marc, was placing a demand to be paid on or by July 8th, 2016. He responded with "I know the proof is in the pudding but we will get this done for you. I still have not been paid or heard anything else from the company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, this report, have plans for a few others, and will be filing a breach of contract civil action suit in the state of Georgia.
