I was called by Andrew Collins in June of 2021.  He told me that I had been referred to his company by Fannie Mae (who I did list properties for a while back).  He assigned me a property and asked for a BPO (Broker Price Opinion) which I did for him.  He told me that since his company paid for all the utilities for the properties that they manage, they charge the agent $399 to cover and that once the property closes that it will be refunded. 

The property that he assigned to me was still occupied and I was told that they would be moving forward with offering cash for keys/moving them out.  I drove by the property repeatedly and found that it remained occupied.  Then after some research, I discovered that the homeowner was able to work with their bank and get the property out of foreclosure action. 

Since I was told that my money would be refunded to me if this wasn't actually a listing, I called and emailed both the company AND Andrew Collins....many many times!  This has been several months now, and I have yet to get a response.  Their main phone number does not work, and there is never a response to emails.  At this point I wanted to make certain that I reported them to possibly prevent them from ripping someone else off.  This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!
