Nationwide Marketing Solutions Timeshare Ripoff- Lake Worth Florida
Several P{hone numbers none of which respond 561-229 1236; 561 228 1088. First you get a call to get you to agree to sell: advising no fee that all fees are paid by Seller. So I agreed & provided details of the timeshare. Also take the amount you are willing to sell for.
The next day I received a call from Nicholas Davenport the timehare sold for $1000 more than asked. Great BUT, fee for abstract/ deed search,$1792.00 which you get back at closing. The closing date was 1 month from our conversation- July 24, 2009 the date to close August 21, 2009 @ 3PM.. OK I provided my credit card number.he even siad that the buyer gave them $3150.00. The total I would get at closing would be 12892.00
The following day Christina calls to confirm the sale and agreement of course!
The paperwork came priority mail- of course! The paperwork was an agreement to list the timeshare that they were a marketing company and the fee of $1792.00. Not closing papers & my husban name was not included nor any specifics regarding the timeshare. Then I read the full agreement and the 100% reimbursement was based on 1)if the timeshare sold at less than 20% of asking price or 2) if the agreement was refused within 3 days. I called all numbers leaving messages that I did not receive closing papers I received an agreement to sell,is there a mistake? No Return Call. This went on for 3-4 days. I tried to do a websearch & found them listed in this site Ripoff Reports.
I filed with Fraud Bureau and placed a stop pay of my credit card through the bank. Of course I had to cancel the card too. My bank advised that the transaction went through Kenya.
The best part is that they didnt call back if they did I probably wpoould have accepted the explanation and went forward with signing the agreement.
Be careful Be weary!

Sept. 17, 2009- I received another call today from the representative -He said that he wanted to know when I was returning the contract. i advised that I was no longer interested as what was provided was not what they said.
He said that he had my $1790 and that he would keep it if that was what I wanted. That they had a digital recording of my acceptance and I was legally bound. Sure they do! I responded that what was represented was not what I received. I stated that they can be brought up on misrepresentation.
