Nationwide Moving of America LLC not acting in good faith ...thieves Fort Lauderdale Florida
We are senior citizens you contracted this company for a move and were told that we could opt-out and get a refund of our $400 deposit if we cancelled within two days which we did. However they neglected to inform us of the fine print that the cancellation needed to be in writing.
This is their scam. We contacted them for our refund and they did not deny we deserved it however instead of simply refunding our $$ Jack told us we needed to file a charge back on our credit card with the bank which was more BS. These people are thieves IMO.
