This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They were unprofessional from day 1 and have caused me much anxiety and expense, which is still continuing as I write this. They promised to move me on 3 different occasions, and were 4 hrs late on the pick up (a real problem since I lived in a high rise and had only reserved the elevator for a finite number of hours). They were sloppy and panicked, so I had to pack a lot of the boxes myself, although I paid good money to have them do it for me. Then, I had reserved storage while I looked for an apartment in TX.

Since the delivery didn't happen when they said it was supposed to, that storage fee was money out the window. Yesterday, when the truck finally arrived, it was 8:10 at night when I was originally told it would be at 9:30 am. The driver refused to open the truck until I gave him a cashiers check, thereby holding my things hostage. I was horrified to discover that most of my things were damaged, including my TV (totally ruined and wasn't even wrapped), boxes of dishes and glassware, my entertainment center, my bicycle (now has mangled handle bars), dressers, table, and desk. I really don't know how this company can get away with this?? And now, I have to go through the stress of taking photos, finding receipts, writing a letter, and waiting 90 days to hear from arbitration. I would have come out in a better situation had I never attempted to move my things. Please to not do business with this company.
