Nationwide Moving Services, Hollywood, FL. has not even loaded our stuff in truck until 28 business days and 40 regular days. No response when it will be loaded, if we call multiple times they stop picking our calls. Need help, absolutely no clue, what should we do next. Already paid 70% of amount through cash and credit card. We just need our stuff ASAP. We can't even go back to pick our stuff as its stored somewhere in Georgia, as informed by them and we are in CA. But still when we went to the address given by them, there was no one in that warehouse And it was locked. When we asked neighbouring warehouses about them, they said they open occasionally not everyday. 

We asked them clearly if money is the issue, and they refused. we are in complete dark what should we do, we just need our belongings as contacting other agencies like BBB and FMCSA might spoil there rating for future consumers but will not be effective immediately as they cannot force the movers to deliver our stuff. I can see the red flags as they originally quoted $ 2400 and refused to come and see the stuff. Once they came to pick up, they abruptly increased the quote to $ 3500 on silly grounds like sofa is extra large our desk is bigger, first floor should only have 10 steps and subsequently they charged for each additional step beyond 10. 


At the time of booking, we asked them clearly, if they are the brokers and they confidently refused saying we have our own trucks and Nationwide is a well known name. And now it seems to be totally untrue. The lady named Jessica stopped taking our calls right after booking and initial deposit. when we were haggling with the pick up guys we made several calls and she dint pick up once and till date didnt respond to all our voicemails and emails.

I believe its all calculated scam, which these moving companies are doing with different names, phone numbers and U.S. Dot no.
