This is not so much a complaint as opposed to a warning. I almost booked my moving date with this company and like several of these complaints I was told by my salesperson that they were the moving company that would move me. Now, I was not moved by them because after contacting several companies I was told by a few local movers out of Arizona that they were in fact a broker and only had 1 or 2 trucks and sub out most of their moves which would have been o.k with me if they had told me that when I asked. Another questionable item was the weight and price they quoted me on, they quoted me on 3,500 lbs. and the price was $1,200.00 which sounded great but after speaking with a few reputable companies I was quoted on 5,800 lbs. for over $4,000.00 and told how this company works. They quote me a low price and when their "subcontractor" shows up my weight balloons to double and my price is double. I feel that this company is giving low quotes and then not assuming responsibility afterwords. I am glad I used a local Arizona company that provided me with great service and did not get taken for a ride.

I am offended that you may think that I downgrade my competition when you are not truly competition. I run several of my own trucks and do not utilize ANY subcontractors to do my moves. I ONLY use my own moving crews and moving trucks. I only comment on the obvious, when I read a posting that states that a "broker" claims that their truck is going to move a client and it is actually 95% of the time a subcontractor I comment on it. And with regards to moving "200" moves per month, I will definately call your bluff on that one. NOBODY with the exception of the major van lines (and that is towing the line) is moving 200 moves per month in this economy. If you are going to come up with a false rebuttal at least try to make it sensable not totally ridiculous. Again, I am only commenting on the obvious. Have a great day and keep on lying.

Competition. That is one of the main words when you think about the moving industry. There are well over 1000 moving companies out there and some will do or say anything to earn your business. For example the companies that the customer above has spoke of. They down graded us to a customer to earn her business, and it worked. Also the owner of a moving company with the screen name itsmeagain also runs a company who chooses to down grade other moving companies so he can also get business the deceitful way. It is a very sad and pathetic thing to do for an owner of a company to get online everyday and continue to down grade a company that is just doing better than his is. It's just simply bad business. However Nationwide Moving Services do NOT practice nor condone down grading other moving companies. The customer DID NOT move with Nationwide Moving Services so therefore she does not know if he/she would have had a bad moving experience. With doing well over 200 moves per month we have a lot of satisfied customers, some post reviews on MoverReviews.com.

You going to find flaws with every moving company, even the great May Flower, you can type their name in also and find several rip off reports about them along with every other moving company out there. So to say that we are not a reputable company is your opinion, however we do have quiet a few satisfied customers that would very much disagree.
