Didn't have a price sticker on the window as required by federal law. Many other new cars didn't have the window stickers either.

Didn't have descriptive booklets in showroom so I could see what was standard and what was optional.

Later found out they charged me an additional $800 for a stereo system that was standard on that model.

Told me if I refused to buy credit insurance my interest would be higher. This is against the law. I checked with the bank and found out Nationwide NIssan was charging more than their bank and they had lied about the credit insurance.

While a nice young lady tried to sell me outrageously over-priced extras such as undercoating, protecton package, etc. the service department took the hood off
and put a buckled one in its place.

They also removed a wheel cover and put a damaged one in its place. The salesman didn't want to initial the form indicating these defects would be corrected when I brought the car back in to have the air conditioning installed.

The salesman repeately claimed "We will pay the sales tax for you." That didn't happen. I was charged the sales tax.

I took my trade back and left.
