We bought a 2004 Xterra. The price was ok with us, BUT, they have completely given us the run around afterwards. First, we were supposed to get a full tank of gas, which we did not. And, we have been back several times for it (among other things), and each time are told the that "lot man", who has the credit card, isn't around, and we'd have to wait an hour for him to get back. Second, when the hitch was installed, the protective rubber mat in the cargo area was removed? Don't know why. Again, the run around.

It's been almost 2 months, and I still don't have a mat yet. They TRIED to get me to buy it myself and then submit the bill to them. I don't think so. I was told it would be easier for them. Well hell, I'm the customer, I don't care what's easier for them. I shouldn't have to do anything at all.

My advice, if you do buy anything from them, you better get it all up front. If you have to take it back, then remove EVERYTHING worth more than a $.01.
