I only wish I did my homework before hiring this company.  I cant even begin to list everything that was wrong and unresolved.  When we first started our pool the designs were sent to the engineer who did the blueprints.  #1 my steps and outdoor kitchen were not in the design sent to the engineer.  Thank god I was there the day they starting digging ( months after the  contract was signed and monies paid) or when you walk off the bottom step your in the pool or if your sitting on the bar stool  and push back you land in the pool.  They move it over 2 feet then we lost 2 feet on the other  side, when I questioned this (being new to florida) I was told because of the seawall but guess what they were wrong the code inspector advised us that in fact that was not the seawall!  The new filter broke after a couple of months when the pool was completed, the stupid vacume doesnt work they replaced that too and that doesnt work it stays in one spot.  They never came when they said they would.  Never cleaned up like the recording said.  Their ad  reads SATISFACTION GUARENTEED!  Im not satisfied so what???? Keith Stuart Nationwide Pools is the biggest liar I have ever dealt with!  KEITH STUART should be brought up on charges!   And the  nightmare with nationwide  Pools and Keith Stuart continues.  the new filter goes within one month after completion.  Then the  pool had to be drained a couple of months after completion because the diamond brite was discolored.  The pool was drained and no one came to repair it so I was told to fill the pool back up because we live on the water, which we did.  Then they came and drained it again to redo the diamond brite. They chipped my 2 Dolphins which cost me  $375.00, they told me i would be refunded the monies for the water bill, the damaged tile, the 2 dolphins,  the water bill (we had to fill the pool 2 times) which was extremely high. brand new sod (damaged by acid) we  put down after the pool was completed!   So many other things that are documented.  Well guess what i was never paid!  When I called Keith Stuart to see why I have not received the monies owed to us, he advised me he never go the letter!  Bull%#%%#  Keith you did get the letter because i sent it out certified return receipt mail!   He then asked me if I would settle for $200.00  I asked him not to insult me he then replied Quote " Then you will get nothing".   After several attempts to try to get the monies owed to us I called KEITH STUART again  he then got abusive  with me and He then called me a drug user!   That was the last straw with this con artist.  There are several issues we had to endure with Keith Stuart and Nationwide pools to many to list the courts can handle it!  Everyone should show up at the home shows in tampa where nationwide pools attends!  Thank god for freedom of Speech  The photo you see that was when the pool was not even a year old yet.
