Complaint Review: Nationwide Reader Service

I know these people have been reported many times over.

NRS doesn't use full names. they love to call around nine thirty at night and use *67 to hide their identity on caller ID.

NRS says you have one month to cancel your order of 948.48$... which comes out to about fourteen dollars a magazine. I called a number i was given to cancel the subscription, where no one picks up.

Receiving a call at seven thirty in the morning, I ask to speak to a manager and am harassed by the gentleman on the other line, who would not give me his full name. I am apparently obligated to the these people.

They are claiming to have sent my dept to a collection agency. The ridiculous amount of money they want for magazines has forced me to consider taking legal action so I am not ruined by this company.
