I saw a charge for 62.40 on my bank account, and did not know where it came from. I thn received a bill in a mail from them, to confirm my order, and if I had any questions to call.

I could not remember ordering these subscriptions or talking to them, and figured somehow this was a mistake. I read the confirmation letter, which states that this is not a contract, and if I am dissatisfied than I could notify them in writing and they would discontinue my sercive.

When I called them to cancel the service, because I didn't want to write a letter through snail mail, they said I was bound to the contract and could not cancel, and that they had me on tape agreeing to this service. They said that they could lower my monthly payment to 19.99, that was the only option.

Being a college student, I can not afford this while in school, and surviving off the typical college student's budget. So now I don't know what to do, because they won't cancel my service. They tricked me into saying that I had agreed to this service, and than that I was willing to just accept the 19.99 payment per month.

If it wasn't linked to my visa card, I would have no problem not paying the bill, but it is automatically taken out of my account. I have even contacted my bank, and they won't stop the payments from being made, saying I have to dispute the charges.
