Complaint Review: NATIONWIDE RELOCATION / MOVE COST / ALDO DISORBO

For you guys to send people to the BBB was a big mistake. If you read it carefully it lists Aldo Disorbo as a principal for nationwide relocation services, AMERICAN RELOCATION, and American Van- lines.

Aldo Disorbo was banned from the moving industry for sometime. That is why you see Katherine Bach as the president of Nationwide Relocation services and Movecost. In my time at Move Cost AKA Nationwide Relocation Services I never knew who this lady was.

When I asked Milton Campis the Vice president he informed me that it was Aldo Disorbo's girlfriend. Now you ask yourself why would he tell me that well Milton, likes to brag and run his mouth a lot on how he out talked some attorney or didnt have to refund a customers money and how he ran the place while Aldo was in jail and he is the brains behind Aldo.

Let me tell you this made me sick and I decided to quit and disassociate my self with this trash and I would challenge anyone to say that I was fired or left for any other reason but that I was disgusted and would not lower myself to their level of dishonesty I have my resignation letter with confirmation that it was received via fax to prove it.

These guys are not to bright to call and harass ex employees that are blowing the whistle on them I know these guys he is messing with and they are not going to let this go by with out pressing charges to the fullest extent of the law.

You would think that a company who has a contract with THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE would have more class. I am heart broken to hear that THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE would allow such unprofessional, Criminals, and Mob like individuals be associated with them.
Milton Campis is a young guy with nothing to lose ask him how he became Vice President. While Aldo Disorbo was in jail and banned from the moving industry Milton was just an estimator who would give him a heads up on the numbers of people scammed for the day he holds no degree and certainly is not a Professional. Do a background check on Katherine Bach you will see this is Aldo Disorbo's girlfriend and he used to put her name as the president when he was banned from the industry. Please if you do your research you will find that the things in this report are accurate. I am not making this up.

To rap things up, please read the Rip Off Report, BBB, moving advocate, and the sun-sentinel. You will see who these people really are. I am sending a copy of this to many different Companies and Organizations to see if we can put a stop to this madness. I am urging anyone who thinks of using Nationwide relocation services AKA move cost to do extensive research. Who ever reads this please send a letter to any organization that can help to bring these people to justice. Call the United Sates Postal Service tell them what you researched.

The BBB does not handle matters with employment. And the BBB is like any other company it is only reponsive to complaints in favor of companies that are members and or pay their fee.

Don,t let these guys fool you do your research. Know one would go to all the trouble and be this angry unless this company did somthing to harm them.

Know one cares what contracts they have, the post office is only a contract contracted by another company who contracted Nationwide Relocation Service.

They have made their money by cheating customers, employees, and the goverment. If someone would do their research at the post office they would realize that they are contracting a criminal to represent them. I know and seen how they operate its not good.

Now these scumbags have gone as far as to use employee files to contact our relatives. Make anonymous phone calls asking when we will be at home. Calling our new place of employment and harasing us and our new employers.

We have not contacted them we are letting the courts decide on our last paycheck and criminal case against the asault and verbal abuse.
I don,t know who these guys think they are but I do know that they are stupid bunch of kids with alot of dads money.

People like this should not be aloud to offer consumers a customer service. Since my employment with them Ive seen them hold customers furniture hostage, deny damage claims, knowingly reserve a move for less wieght and then charge the customer more money when it goes over wieght, and at the end laugh about it all. This company and all of its affiliates are bad busness people and bad for the moving industry.

You would think if I was just a disgruntled ex-employee I would eventualy just go away and move on with my life. But they are the ones who are pushing this issue to another level. They are disrupting my life. Using my employee files to contact members of my family and harasing me at my new job. I have made all the proper steps by the law have contact my states congressmans office and other agencies.

Milton, we have indeed done our homework. the owner of your company, Aldo Disorbo, is a convicted criminal who was banned from the moving industry.

As it stands, they could claim you just made it up. It would have been nice to see the header and all the details as more proof. I'm not doubting that they would do it, but that really doesn't prove they did.

And I would just like to make another plug that this company is black-listed on several internet sites related to moving scams.

It is funny that you don't even deny what went on only that the employee was not held down and that the employee was not asked to lie. How about the owner Aldo Disorbo choking the employee or the racial slures by the vice president Milton Campis and the sexual harrasment that i have even endured myself which was commen in the office and the taxes not beeing taken out and the police being called out on two seperate incedents because of management physicly asulting an employee and the furniture being stolen how come you don't have a comment about this i'll tell you why because its all true and your just trying to save your but milton campis by saying you never held down the employee

I have never heard of a company letting illegal activity go by with out pressing charges to the fullest extent if they did not have something to hide themselves. The only illegal activity that went on was done by the president and the vice president and I hope that the ex employees will follow thru to the fullest extent of the law criminal and cival they will have my support and testimony along with other employees in court when that day comes.

I had wondered why anyone would keep working at a place like NationwideLOSERServices too, but I figured that most folks need to keep a job was the answer.

The sad fact is that these people don't even have to do anything illegal to screw you; they can do it legally and the law is generally on their side. To explain, let me first remind people that this is NOT a moving company, they are BROKERS. What they do is get an independant moving company to do your move. The fact is you could do it yourself just as easily as calling this company, and you will save a lot of money and probably headaches by doing that.

Having said this, they will give you a quote based on what you tell them you are moving. Since no one will be coming out to take a look at what you have, any estimate is a guess at best. So you may be quoted $2000 for a move, and told if the weight is over the estimate, that you will be billed extra for it.

You figure ok, no problem, it shouldn't be more than a few hundred extra, and then you are shocked to get a bill for 2 or 3 times your initial estimate. You won't be provided with proof of the weight, or if they have to re-weigh it, they will charge you for it, and the amount will be more than the extra amount.

If you don't pay the amount they are demanding, they will sell all your possessions at auction. If you do pay the ransom, which is really what it is at this point, you will be lucky if half of your items aren't destroyed. And wait till you file a claim; then you find out that you are only insured for a small amount per pound, so you will get maybe $9 to replace a $250 boom box for example, assuming that they pay at all. (Try filing a claim and see what happens). If you get some REALLY crooked movers, you might also find some of your possessions have just "disappeared", and lo and behold, the paperwork doesn't list these items either.

And what legal recourse do you have in all of this? Basically, none. The law as it exists is on their side. If you are really lucky you may get sympathetic local law enforcement to help you, but this is rare.

Generally they consider it a civil dispute, meaning you need to get a lawyer and sue this company, who is most likely 10 states away and knows that you are in no position to do it anyway. THAT is the real crime here folks. So, when you listen to current employees of this place talking about how crooked the former ones were, you have to wonder a few things.

First, you wonder if the current batch is any better, and frankly I haven't seen it in my dealings with this place. (Yes, I made the mistake of having my last move arranged by these clowns, so I KNOW they are bad news).

Second, you wonder that given all the things they can do LEGALLY to screw you, what in the world could they have possibly done that was illegal to get fired? Did they steal some of the loot from Aldo? Or is the last post ripping on them just a big crock? You decide, but keep in mind what kind of business this place is.

You all got caught and when faced with your terminations decided a smear compaign was your only recourse. You had no problems working for this company until you all got caught.

The incident that you are implying happened, certainly did not happen the way you are telling it. Lets face it guys nobody was told to lie, nor were the told they would be fired. All of you should be a shamed of yourselves for trying to make such false statements. Everything was fine when you were making money. Grow up and be thankful that you were not all brought up on charges for what you all did. You risked everyone's job with your actions. You need to ask yourselves "who the real thief is". You all worked there for quite sometime and you werent handcuffed to your desks. And for the record nobody at anytime was held down. Let it go and move on.

Thank you for sharing this information on the way your company officers act. I'm sure you must know too that they are a "take the money and run" type of outfit who won't be there for you if you have any problems with your move at best, and at worst, they are crooks. They really seem like small time Mafia, based on everything I've learned about them, which is quite a bit. and more than I really WANT to know.

Folks, don't go with moving brokers like these guys. They are just middlemen, and as you probably know, all middlemen do is a small service that you could do yourself, and charge you a large fee for it. Even if they were an honest, good company, you would be wasting money, and given their lack of ethics, you may very well get taken.
