Complaint Review: Nationwide Relocation

Nationwide Relocation should be forced out of business as they give you false information from the very beginning. They give you a low quote in the beginning and are always in touch with you until they receive your deposit. After you have given the deposit and the quote with assurance that it will not exceed the expressed cost.

Once they have your belongings, the price doubles and you can no longer get in touch with the Estimator nor the Quality Assurance office. The movers are the same way. It's a ping-pong game as the movers blame Nationwide and Nationwide blames the movers. I relayed the nightmare I had once before and was assured this would not occur again. This move was worse than the previous one and attitudes of the workers change at first sign of disappointment.

I pray that Nationwide gets exactly what it deserves and that is a class-action law suit from all of the persons you have ripped off. NEVER USE NATIONWIDE!!! PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING! The only guarantee is that it will cost you at least double their quote.
