I have worked for this company before an I have never seen such underhanded an deceitful actions in my life they lie too the customers from the beginning the minute the customer call for a quote the lies begin...the minute they get your credit card information for your deposit thats it chances of you talking too that sales representative again is not guaranteed then they broker out your move too a third party company.....which the sales rep make you believe the company you book with is the company picking you up....big lie.....ALL those companies are located at 2000 n state rd 7 margate fl 33063.....they try to make customers believe they are located in different states but they are not.....they have their own in house carriers who would have first preference at all the jobs then if they cant do it then they broker it out too the third party......the penalize an crucify the third party carriers when they do something wrong but when their own drivers rip the customer off its ok because the balance thats due on delivery comes too them....so its ok too add additional weight, add additional packing material, add long carries an steps an shuttles, extra labor....an the list goes on......it is ILLEGAL for someone too fill out revised written estimate after the household good have been loaded on the truck.....thats something they do all the time.....they threaten to put the customer hhg in storage if they dont pay the balance due.....now the cust maybe disputing alot of charges on there an instead of trying too resolve it they threaten them with storage....according too them "it works"......they force customers to prepay,their move with credit card......nobody in there right mind would feel comfortable doing that.....then if you dont you are being threatened with being put in storage......thats there favorite line......I could go on an on an on......BEWARE CONSUMERS......BEWARE.......they constantly switch names because they constantly rip people off an there is like a million complaint about them......pay close attention too the list of names they are all one company under one roof in same building run by the same bunch of CROOKS......ALDO DISORBO, DARREN JHAGROO, VANESSA PRESTIA & JOHN PELLITERI
