I called Nationwide relocation services on November 30th. I got a quote from Nicholas Colard, a sales rep.  He was very professional very diligent, and followed up with me on several occasions.  I am moving from Michigan to Texas and I was getting quotes from so many companies.  When Nicholas told me they price matched, I called him back and they met the lowest quote. I signed a contract with them on December 8th for them to pick up my 3 bedroom belongings on Dec 16th o r 17th.  As of yesterday they called to say they do not have a truck to pick me up. I am now stranded and have to start a job Dec 27th. I am supposed to move into my new place on Dec 23rd.  I have paid my deposit to the townhouse and I am out $1,527 deposit to Nationwide.  No one called me today.  This has been the worst experience of my life. The dispatch people are ghetto and unprofessional.  They asked me if i wanted to move my pick up date to dec 18th and I asked how would that affect my delivery date. She sad it would change to the 29th. I said no and she said ok, keep it the same. Nothing about we don't have anyone adn we are going to stand you up.  I am beyond upset and now i have to find movers on short notice to go to Texas.
