This company tries to have you buy a  Bank owned house saying they will help you resell it to a foreign buyer for double the money. They sell you a house for around $10.000 which is really either worth nothing or doesn't even exist.  Then another person (in another state) will try to sell you more before the first transaction is done.  The names these people used we're Shawn Michaels, Chris Hammond, Tom Martin, and the one name that is constant between most I've talked to is Joe Epstein. He's supposed to be the brains behind the scam I guess.

I bought the first property and refused to buy more until the first one sold and the check was in my account. This pissed them off royally but I didn't give in... Then a month went by and Chris Hammond called and said that Shawn Michaels had been fired for "Non Performance" and he was now going to handle my sale. He assured me that he had lots of owners with only one home and he'd get it done.. I got a call back in a week from their man on the ground, the real estate agent name Steven Diamond and said he had on offer on the house. I told them to sell it and he agreed. 3 days later Hammand called back and said the money was in escrow and it should be a done deal.

He also had another 3 home deal that was too good to pass up. The story just started over again... now it's been 3 weeks and I can't get anyone to talk with me about what's going on, No sale, No Escrow money, and so on. This is a complete scam and these guys need to go to jail. I know there is an actual real estate agent in Detroit with the name Steven Diamond but I have no way of knowing if it's the same guy. If it is, there certainly must be some law against what they're doing. I would be really interested in talking to anyone else this has happened to. Please contact me on this post and we'll compare notes.   I'll check back soon.

Well I'm really sorry you got caught in this mess.  I've had my property over 1 year now and I'm still the proud owner of a run down crack house in Michigan.

I did get a call from Joe Epstein who said he was going to help me sell the house.   He made some effort I guess and a couple days later came back with an offer that would at least pay me what I had invested in the house,  I excitedly agreed and even when he said it would be paid off in 4 monthly payments.  At this point something is better than nothing.  We'll the first months payment came and then nothing more.  I haven't been able to get any response at all about what's going on.  It's been over 2 months now and they finally told me payments would resume in Jan 2012.  I'll believe it when I see it.

This company is nothing, absolutely nothing but crooks from beginning to end.  Run, don't walk, away from these people.  I even explained to them the reason I was investing was to make enough extra money to take my wife, who is a stage 4 terminal cancer patient, on a nice cruise while she's still able.  This didn't slow them down a bit.  They still lied, cheated, promised, and stole what I invested with them.  I'll follow up in Jan 2012 and let you know if I see any more of my investment but I seriously doubt it.  I do know that at some time in the future these people will pay for the misery they've caused.  I wouldn't want to be in their shoes...

I got involved with this company after the name was changed to prudential REO; it has been over 90 days and and they haven't sold my properties yet. My question to the person filed the report, have they sold your property or not yet. If they did, did they sell it out in the open market or to one of thier insiders to show activity and drag people to buy more? I'll be interested to get your answer on that. Unlike your self I got fascinated about the promised return and bought more than one property; and now I hardly can get any of them on the phone. I can't get an answering machine to leave a message.
