Attention to the elderly.
Monitronics will tell you that you are one of few that have been selected to receive a free home monitoring system in your town. They will tell you that it will cost you nothing. Don't let them in your home. Once the installers are in they will not leave. The Pressure is on to install. They will even show you all the equipment you are receiving for free. One person installs, the other starts the paper work. He will even give you hundreds of dollars cash to prove he is there to help the poor old elder parents. Now the fast talking begins when the paper work is to be signed. More free money is presented just sign and give him a check for all the money he has given you. SEE it cost nothing.  When he is done, so is the installer.
After they left  with-in two weeks I tried many time to contact and cancel my free trial service, but kept getting pass back and forth. Like We are not the main company. New number. Please tell whomever to remove the equipment. Its not are equipment. Its yours-free gift. Please the mother company my parents do not want this equipment in their home. It is causing problems with my dad's heart passer reporting equipment. It does not notify anyone when it goes off. The city of ridgecrest said they can not respond to calls. The city knows about the pressure tactics and they are compiling a report on all Security services in there town.
Nationwide Security Solutions has been paid anyway for one year. but they want and threaten me for all three years and have sent it to collections.
