ON September 10th I hired this transportation company to transport my vehicle, 1000 miles and want I got was a vehicle owners Nightmare, WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. This company that hired to transport my Lexus was not insured, and use rope yes robe to tie my wheels on a flat bed carrier the was pulled by an older model truck, yes I was so worried but what could go wrong. My car is an older model car and tires not that great and it may cause damage to the car if driven that is why I did not drive it myself. The Lexus never arrive the time the driver promise why? because his carrier had a flat tire!!. So he decide to drive my car YES DRIVE!! my Lexus over 200 miles without my permission and I had no idea until the driver showed up 9 hours late and told me he drove my car OMG, now the Lexus gasket are blown, the Trans off light is on, the tire light is on it needs a new engine and they did nothing nothing to fix my car. I am on the bus, and train now. Never, never, never use this company this company be ware shipped them for your cars safety, check insurance my driver had none to cover repairs on the road. Big Lost. It had 163,227 when I gave it to the drive you drop it of the miles are 163,448!! Be ware donit use them.
