Complaint Review: Nationwide trucks

Had 2009 Cummins isx 435hp with 226k miles posted on eBay. Called a guy so called "Rick” he verified the motor I was talking about said it came out of a fire truck and was in Weslaco TX and everything was ready to be shipped. Motor shows up two weeks late and it’s a 2007 385hp with 1.6 million miles out of North Carolina. When I called to try to resolve the issue he said that it was out of a 2009 truck and the engine was older which is believable. And it had been turned up to a 435hp. Pulled the ecm got the mileage and truck vin which matched the motor and the ecm which came out of a day cab 9200i international that had 1.6mil. I called back and he said that wasn’t right and somebody must have switch the ecm which is wrong because it matches the motor and the truck build sheet. Don’t even think about doing business with these people
