Naturacel Face cream fine print scam wilmington delaware
I received a promotion for a bottle of eye cream and face cream for under five bucks. I bought it for my wife. After a 15 day trial period I didn't know about they started charging me around $90 each every month for each product totaling $180 a month approximetly. They were supposed to send "replenishment" supplies but never did.
Contacting customer support is a joke. They have four phone numbers that all lead to the same annoying music, and after five minutes and three seconds refer you to a voicemail system due to "high call volume". They never call you back, but send a email threatening legal action if you dispute the charges.
877-750-4095, 855-283-6233, 855-522-1148, and 877-216-4440 all lead you to this situation. Try to call any of those numbers and you will be put on hold for 5:03 minutes then switched to voicemail.
Upon receiving an Email from Desiree at there support, she offered a nasty email stating they consider disputes of their charges a violation of law, prosecute, and win 70% of their cases so I would probably lose a dispute.
Upon hearing from my Chase bank rep- who also had to leave a message after 5:03 minutes- they offered a "full 100% refund" if I would cancel the dispute. Now that I cancelled the dispute they only want to refund the most recent charges, even though they never sent me additional product.
I intend to dispute their charges on 5/20/2017 after trying to resolve this for 15 days, which Chase Bank requires.
