Natural Breakthroughs Research Testomax200 Does not Honor quarantee Nampa Idaho
Ordered Testomax product to try. Written gurantee is with no conditions.
Tried 2 bottles of product with no results. Was sent 2 more bpttles before sending email to them asking to stop any further shipments and asking for a refund of the 4 bottles as promised . Was sent instructions for return. The refund given was for 2 bottles and not 4 bottles. After many emails and calls to customer service I still do not have the refund for the 2 used bottles. I call and am told they will look at it but they never reply back.
This product did not work for me and I want a refund as promised.
Still waiting.

I never did get the refund. I only received a refund for the unopened bottles that I returned. That is not what the guarantee stated. The other 2 bottles that were returned empty were not refunded. If you returned any thing other than unopend bottles then I am afraid you will be out of luck.

I see that you posted this quite some time ago, so I wondered if you had ever gotten your money returned. I am also going through this with their company right now for just over 5 weeks, and I've still not seen a refund. Could you shed some light on that for me as to if or when they will be returning funds to my account?
