I contacted customer service in mid-December about returning unopened bottles of their supplement because I had not experience desired results.  I was told to send the package, call with the tracking number, and the refund would be immediate.  On December 22, I mailed out the package, which was received by them on December 26.  I called to give them the tracking number, but instead of an immediate refund, they then told me to wait 14 business days and I'd see the refund in my account.  I waited, and nothing happened.

 

I called again to see what may be delaying the process and was told that I had already been refunded for two of the three bottles, which I had not.  I was confused by this... as I had returned all three bottles at one time, why wouldn't all three have been processed for a refund at the same time?  They then told me they'd process the final return and to wait another 5 business days.  I was also given a fax number to send my concerns with identification numbers for the products.  At this point I was also told to send a copy of my bank account transactions to show that I had not received any money from them. 

 

On January 25, I faxed over all the information and have not heard any response on my case, so this morning I called customer service once again.  Once again I was told that my refund had been processed and that it should be in my account, which it is not.  So, once again, I was told to 'wait another five business day' to see what happens.  I was place on a brief hold so they could contact their corporate office.  Upon their return, I was told I could fax everything over again 'just as a reminder' but it that it wouldn't really effect anything one way or the other.

 

This whole process has been very frustrating as I continue to wait for the money I have been promised.  Hopefully by this time next week everything will be sorted out!

Never Refunded, Yet Once Again Victim To This Scam!

To this day, nearly SIX MONTHS after my initial entry on ripoffreport.com, I have not received a refund for my return.  I had actually given up all hope and kept it in my back of my mind.  I figured that by now I would have heard some good news somewhere, but that has not been the case.

THEN on June 30, my account shifted from $350 to -$50 OVERNIGHT!  I immediately contacted my credit card provider, who assured me that I must have overdrafted at Safeway.  I asked her to review my transaction history, to which she admitted that I had more than enough funds in my account to cover a trip to the market.  Upon further review, she asked if I had ever heard of a company called Natural Breakthroughs.  To this, I had to laugh and asked to her take another look at my history with this company.

I was assured that an investgation would be opened to this matter, but now a week later, my investigation has come up with "Insufficient Evidence", so it seems that once again this company has duped me!  I contacted the company who seemed confused.  They told me that it shouldn't have taken money, but it should have returned my money, several months ago!  This has not happened, but it seems I've been charged twice for products I've return.

I don't know how this is happening, but I know that this company MUST BE STOPPED!  I have filed a report the the Attorney General, so fingers crossed that this scam gets laid to rest and that everyone effected sees full reimbursement!!!
