Complaint Review: Natural Bright 30x Teeth Whitener

I ordered the teeth-whitening product from Natural Bright March 8th and it is now April 22. It was supposed to get here within 1 to 2 weeks. I have called the company numerous times and they said they will reship it, but even those haven't come yet. They checked to make sure my address is correct, and it is, so that isn't the problem.

I have no idea how the product works, and I don't think I'll ever find out. One customer service rep. said she would personally send it to me and that it would get here within 4 days, but it's been almost two weeks and nothing has come yet.

I requested my money back a few days ago, but judging the company so far, i'm not going to hold my breath.
