I watched an infocomercial and ordered two books from Kevin Trudeau Natural Cures and subscribed to their monthly newsletter. I was to receive the newsletter on a monthly basis. The books came but the newsletter never showed. After the second billing I called and talked to their IT service team who walked me through a couple steps. The next month - no newsletter.

I have called four months in a row to Natural Cures customer service department and left three messages on their answering machine. Each time I left two phone numbers where I could be reached as well as all other information they would need in order to cancel my subscription. I have talked to one customer service representative who took down all my information as well but the debits from my checking account still occur monthly but I have yet to receive one newsletter.

I have emailed the company three times to cancel my agreement. The phone message from Natural Cures and their company website both state you can cancel by email but they continue to take the monthly fee out of my account, no newsletter is sent and I am stuck dealing with this rip off company month after month.

I don't even want my money back for all the months of no newsletters. I just want Natural Cures to stop taking money out of my checking account.I am fed up dealing with this company, they have no ethics or morals.

The stress that I feel over this whole issue is off the charts and they are supposed to be so concerned over my health. The only thing Kevin Trudeau is concerned over is the money flowing into his pockets. Buyers Beware!!!

Tell Your Bank that you do not authorize these withdrawals, then change your account number

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sometimes there is only ONE way to deal with crooks who continue to bill you for merchandise you never received.

In my case, I closed my bank account after two unauthorized withdrawals and...I enjoyed the peace and quiet so much, I NEVER opened another one.

I was sent two books that I never ordered in the mail and immediately, two $50.00 payments were removed from my bank account. I had no idea who these people were and I certainly did not order the books!

I sent one back but it came back to me. So I canceled my bank account.

Then they started billing me. I would get 15-20 bills from these folks per week. The post office would not be able to fit my legitimate mail in the box.
I changed my post office box address after a month of this nonsense.

Did it damage my credit? I don't know because i pay cash or I do without.

If you returned the books, based on some of my family members' experience, they will STILL Continue to bill you no matter what....

I would report these activities to the credit reporting agencies.
Sounds like a SCAM to me.

We had these newsletters advertised on a certain radio station herein Austin,Texas and I am glad to hear that my suspicions that they were a scam were confirmed.

I am also sorry that you were RIPPED-OFF!
