Complaint Review: Natural Cures

I ordered some of Kevin Trudeau's books and his stop smoking program. The books arrived in the middle of March (which my credit card was promptly charged 3/6/07) for the entire order. I received a card that stated due to popular demand, the stop smoking package was back ordered. I waited and waited. On May 13th, I called asking for refund since obviously my package was never going to arrive. They had charged the card at this point for 2 months and still nothing! I have called their customer service 2-3 times per week since then and finally got my $15 refund on 7/17/07 -- sounds like a great deal for them (interest free money on their end). I have also filed a complaint through the better business bureau. I have written several postings to the Natural Cures website (NEVER once did I get a response). I had been put on hold and told that someone would call me back on 4 occassions -- NEVER once did they call me back. Beware if you use this company. The $15 became a matter of principle!
