This flower shop I found online has a 100% guarantee satisfation and I was not satisfied at all!! They noted on their online that they also do same day delivery but I just asked that they deliever the flowers the next day around noon. The florist tried to deliver them at 8PM. I was already upset since my friend was not going to be at work the next day. When I called the next day to try to talk to the owner she has an answering service all day and no one called me back until 2 PM. I told her I just wanted my refund, but I had my account charged and no flowers delivered to my friend. I've tried to call the flower shop for my refund but no answer and no answering service this time. All I want is my money back!
