I ordered this product off the internet advertising a $4.95 2-week trial period along with Green Coffee Advanced from a different company on March 21, 2013. I received both of them on or around April 4th. I returned both products on April 13th because I learned that if you keep it, they both charge you over $80 per bottle which is listed nowhere in their advertisement. Nor do they mention that you are automatically put on auto-ship. I called Green Coffee Advanced first. No problem. They answered the phone and only charged me the $4.95. I tried to call Natural Green Cleanse from the 800 phone number on the bottle. I called them 6 times starting on April the 12th. I was put on hold with music. Nobody ever answered the phone so I e-mailed them. They told me my account was cancelled and no further deliveries or charges would be made but they wouldn't credit my account the $88.00 each for the 2 bottles that I had already returned because it was past the trial period, which it wasn't, as I had returned both bottles back to them on April 13th, 1 of them unopened. They also told me by e-mail that cancellations can only be made by phone, which they never answer! I called my credit card company and disputed both of the $88.00 charges. My credit card company reimbursed me, however, I don't think this company should be allowed to scam people like this. Also, on the first day that I ordered these products, I received 57 junk e-mails and have been getting them ever since. I don't know which company they came from but one of them or both is selling e-mail addresses.
