My name is Geni

I bought Natural Reader (Education) because I am dyslexic and it was one of the worst buying experience I ever had.

1.    I downloaded the software and from that moment on it all started, I was unable to use the offer OCR, they claimed I had to remove from one computer to installed it to another computer, I told them I have not installed it to any computer, that it would be to my first installation, they kept claiming I did have it installed. Well I never got access to that part of the purchased software.

2.     The software malfunction, did not work, and was shutting down. (it did not work also with word or outlook). I was unable to record to MP3 files over 15 minutes, the program would idle forever, even one time i let it run for 2 days to see if it would record to MP3 and never did. Finally, that computer died on me so I tried to installed to a new computer I had purchased, but the downloaded software no longer work, so they asked me to pay $19.00 to get access to a new download. Again, I could not have access the OCR and the Reader would not record any MP3's of any lengths now. So, I stopped using it.

3.     That computer died and I tried to added it to a third new computer but now the saved software I have paid for ($19.00) the Serial number did not work. I contacted the company and they said I needed to remove the software from the old compute. How the F...K do you remove a software from a broken computer???

4.     They do not have customer service, you need to contact them by email if you have problem, they do not have a phone support,

5.     I have corresponded back and forth so many times, on each email sent with their respond had nothing to do with my email sent to them. I finally requested a phone number again because the previews one was no longer working.  The first time I called them on the phone look like they are a bunch of Asians, with funny accent difficult to understand.

6.     At one point the Asian guy who called himself "Sam" Wang wanted to go into my computer through the internet, and I simply asked if he is crazy? I do not trust these bootleggers.

7.     Then they claimed that that I installed the program on 4 computers and they gave me the time and date, even though it was used only on one computer, but it just shows that their software is malicious, and letting them access your computer without permission.

8.     I have fought them for years because I needed something to aid me with my reading since I am dyslexic, but this fight has gotten very tiring and I don’t have money to throw away. This has been a tiring journey since 10/2010 it's now 12/2016. Still an unsolved problem.

Stay away from these lousy accent Asians, awkward and dangerous bunch of creeps.
