Samantha the manager forces customers to purchase products that are unnecessary. She puts 3 to 4 services in a package and customers have to purchase the entire package at a ridiculously high price just to obtain one service . For example she charges 165 plus tax for relaxer , and treatment . Customers do not need treatment but in order to get relaxer have to take the package . She will not offer relaxer alone . Also the products use are very inferior. On the price list they advertise do not state this . They are known for false advertising prices n products. Other competitors charge 95 for this service.
