I responded to a FREE trial offer for a teeth whiting product. They ask you pay for shipping and handling only in the amount of $6.95, but they were obviously setting me up to get a credit card# to load up charges on a phony auto-ship scheme. I did not see anything about canceling an auto-ship within 14 days, only the FREE trial.

Unfortunately I was foolish and took trial offers from two different companies (the 2nd company only sent me one other shipment for a total of $124.97 in charges); the testimonials' were sooo compelling but obviously they are part of the scam and probably the same parent company because the testimonial I read said these products work O.K. individually, but are best when used together. So I thought, well, it's a trial. If it doesn't work, I'm only out the shipping if I return it. The verbiage on the websites imply you get the trial free, but you don't. You have to return it within 15 days of getting it or WHAMMO! $80.00, the 31 days from the 1st contact you get another steep charge and another every 30 days until you contact them to stop. But none of it is returnable unless it arrives to them within a magic 15 day window from the last ship date. NO RETURNS! Then they load you up with 2 ships in one month and BLAMMO the credit card has nearly $300 in charges from one company within 3 months of the 1st contact.

I had not even opened the product but they told me I could not return most it for a refund, because they only accept product for refund that has a RMA# attached to an invoice had that shipped within the last 15 days. No RMA's would be given for product beyond the last 15 days. They also charge a whopping 15% restocking fee and of course no shipping refund--ALL ON STUFF I DID NOT ORDER!! Customer (NON)Service says that the website clearly states they will auto ship unless contacted to cancel autoship, but of course it's only listed on a separate page for terms and conditions. Intentionally misleading RIP OFF!
