Complaint Review: NATURALCURES.COM

The fix was in and I was unaware. Natural Cures offered a 7 day free trial to view their site. However, to close the deal, they required my credit card number and also emphasized how easy it would be to "1 click cancel". Ok, I thought, this sounds reasonable.

So, I get a confirmation mail giving me a username and password. The trick was that I needed to register on their site using their passwords. Guess what?, the passwords did not work. If your not registered you can not cancel.

I have E-mailed their support and cancel site 10 times explaining this problem.Their response time was 45 days. They claim that they do not have enough info on my mail address. HELLO!!, natural cures has enough to charge my credit card each month. Smells like fraud to me.

So, like others I have read about, have contacted the Fraud department at my card company to resolve this ongoing problem.
