Naturally Prime Foods ripoff Altered and cashed my check and did not deliver goods Matawan New Jersey
In May, 2006 I ordered food from Naturally Prime for delivery at the end of June. I provided a post-dated check for June 30th in the amount of $1167 and provided a deposit of $100 to be cashed. I wrote on the check "Void-Until" and then the date of June 30. Steve (the owner) promised me he would hold but would deposit the $100. Naturally Prime altered the check and crossed out "Void Until" and changed the "6" for June to a "5" for May and deposited the check. When I questioned Steve he said, that should not have happened and said he would reimburse my money.
Needless to say, after numerous attemps, I have not had any monies reimbursed nor have I received any products.
