I ordered the 'Natures Acai Berry Supplement'. On the website it said it was endorsed by Oprah. It said you can try a Risk Free Trial to lose weight with these pills, and all you had to pay was the Shipping and Handling ($5). It sounded good to me, so I ordered it. However after I placed my order I did further research and read about it being a scam. People said they will scam you and take $80 out of your account every month. So I went back to the website I had ordered it from and attempted to order it again so I could see if they mentioned any automatic billing when ordering. It did not mention it. None of the people that have ordered this product were aware that they would be automaticlly taking out money from your account every month. We were told it was a 'risk free trial' that we only pay 'shipping and handling' on. It is not right and this company needs to make their consumers aware that they will be billed monthly!

And to top it off when I called to cancel my order I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally someone answered. I said I want to cancel my order. She said 'Well you want to lose weight right?' I said 'yes but I do not want to pay 80 a month'. She said 'well if you take this you will lose the weight' I said 'No just cancel me' So she did. But I had to make sure with her that nothing else was going to be sent to me. Luckily, I paid with an H&R block card so I just spent the rest of it so I didn't have to worry about it.

I guess my advice to anyone ordering off the internet would be to go get an american express giftcard or something so we don't have to worry about scammers like this taking money out of our accounts. I know for next time.

I don't care what this company has to say to save themselves but they are fully aware of what they are doing. We were NOT aware of these charges. If you had made it more visable we would NOT have ordered this crap.

Conclusion: Their free trial is BS. And they need to MAKE THEIR CONSUMERS AWARE OF THE CHARGES BEING APPLIED TO THEIR ACCOUNTS.
