Nature's-Acai.com Scam - unauthorized debit charge, did not receive merchandise/ refund refused by company Miami Internet
I ordered the free trial of Acai-Berry on Jan 30, 2009.
I was charged for shipping on that date.
I never received the trial shipment.I was charged $79.96 because I negated the 15 day return guarantee.I never received the product so how can my 15 day be in effect?
I spoke with a "manager" without result, other than assuring me that my email address, phone # , and bank acct would not be accessed again. I was denied the refund of the unauthorized charge.
To say the least, I am very angry, especially in today's current financial state. How can scams like this happen? I obviously was a fool.
Fit Factory, Bromolite, Acai-Berry, and associated companies fall into this same category.
