I was called from Nature's Nectar and asked if I wanted to try a natural diet supplement with acacia berries, nonie berries, and two other berry's .  I was told that I would have to pay the shipping for my trial.  However, I was told to call 1-866-652-0479 to cancel my trial once I received it.

I was given the number 1-866-951-0371 if I had questions about the product.  I was told that my free sample would come in 2-5 days and to call the 866-652-0479 when I received it.  I was also told to tell the individual on the phone that 1) yes, I received the product 2) that I had not tried it yet and 3) I would like to cancel.

The individual said the customer service representative will try to keep me as a customer so that I could pay the full fee, but I should tell them that I just got the product and I am good for a couple of months.  He also told me to tell the rep. I would call back if I want to continue.  He also told me that if I wanted to continue that mention that they could give me a discount up to about 40% off.

I asked for a number to call if someone else wanted the same trial. At first the guy tried to blow me off, then I asked him again. He told me that I could tell anyone that was interested to call the sales floor number and recommend them.  He gave me the number 734-274-5099. He said to ask for Brett.

When I received my products, I called in so I could cancel and not be charged the full fee.  None of the numbers listed above worked.  Therefore, I looked in the packaging for a receipt or something and there was none.  So I looked on the packaging for a website.  That's when I found the other names of the company, so I looked up "Emmediate Health" and was referred to this ripoff site when I googled the name.

I'm trying to figure out how to stop them from charging my account.
