My name is Samantha and met this person Asim Khan in Newport Beach,Ca at Javier's. He approached my husband with a great investment opportunity minimun investment 10k. After a few meetings with Asim we agreed to invest 25k. We wrote him a check made out to Asim Khan. Since giving him the money he has not returned our phone calls making us worried. After doing some research online we discovered he is a convicted gang member and crook that grew up in Thousand Oaks, Ca. Some of his known associates from prior business's and still doing business with are convicted crooks by the FBI. These crooks we found links and articles online that show what type of individuals he is in contact with are known for stock scams and investment scams.
After reading it appears Asim opens a company, gets investors to invest promissing them stock and other incentives then takes the investors money and runs. His objective appears to shut down and open new companies over and over again.
Beware of Asim and his known convicts scamming you out of money too!!!

To All Whom Are Quick to Judge:
This is yet another attempt by John Miller aka Samantha Evans, aka Eric, aka Sam, aka Johnny to undermine my credibility in the public eye.
If you actually read any of the reference links provided, they have nothing to do with me and he maliciously associated and lumped me into a picture with people whom did wrong.
Zeons Global never filed bankruptcy as it last filed its S-1 registration statement for its public offering. This is a matter of public record and can quickly be verified with little effort.
NaturEnergy was acquired last year by Blue Planet Technology Ltd, whose Chairman and CEO is a widely respected former politician and senior advisor to one of the oldest law firms in North America – McMillan LLP.
I have attached a copy of a redacted version of the Share Purchase Agreement that clearly shows that there is no such investor (s) in the company by the pseudonym John Miller used to make his false and misleading accusations.
McMillan LLP conducted extensive review of all corporate documents, legal status and officer background checks before approving the acquisition and NaturEnergy or its principal has not done anything illegal or inappropriate.
NaturEnergy was a licensed General B contractor in California with License # 992126 which requires a criminal background check and obviously no records were found.
Attached is a copy of the Contractors License.
The company was funded with family funds.
I have attached a reference letter from the Hon. John Reynolds from McMillan regarding my credibility.
I have also attached the former legal notice sent to John Miller for his childish and disturbing behavior and will pursue legal cause against him for this recent slander.
Fortunately, John Millers actions have no bearing or affect on business as the merit of achievements speaks for itself.
