On December 8th, 2009, I placed an order for 72 fitted baseball caps for my high school baseball team. The check was sent, and I was promised that I would receive the hats by the end of January.

Our season started in February, and for weeks I emailed Mr. Hussein. He continually promised me that I would receive the hats.

In March, Mr. Hussein promised to send me an extra 24 hats because the order was late. I never received the original hats, and I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Hussein responded by saying that he had informed me of the delivery date, which is true, but he never sent the hats.

I have been emailing Mr. Hussein all summer, and the phone number that I have for him is not working anymore. All I want is for my players to get the hats that they have paid for. It is a shame that someone would take advantage of children like this.
