Complaint Review: Naushad Hussein President Of Sportex Inc.

Naushad Hussein President of Sportex, Inc. took an order from So. Cal Scorpions Travel Baseball on August, 2009. Naushad Hussein guaranteed custom caps and jerseys made for our players and would be ship and ready in two weeks. Two weeks went by and haven't received them. He promises hats and jersey in another couple weeks. His first email say that the items was stuck in his country to wait another 4 weeks. Waited for 4 weeks, second excuse he needs to go to his country to pick up the items. Waited too long that we went to another company to order jerseys and hats for our players. Parents were unhappy to pay extra money for something they had already paid. We ask Naushad for our money back. He says he mailed the check, which we never received it, he re-mail (after waiting another two weeks) the check to correct address, still didn't received it. Every time we email him, he has a different story and excuse. He refuses to take any phone calls. Please DO NOT do business with Naushad Hussein President of Sportex, Inc. He will steal your players money and disappoint them.
