Mr. Mora is very conviencing, he states he has numerous contacts. He has spent 21 years developing these contacts. He states his contacts are ready, willing and able to make investments into any business he recommends!

I was asked to execute a contract and pay a small retainer. $250.00. This retainer was to be sent to his partner Enrique-Rodrigues Amaris via Western Union. I thought this guy was for real so I did WEstern Union the funds. A few says later I was informed the GOOD NEWS--he has an investor that is very anxious to invest in my Company. ($39,000.00). We executed a Subscription Agreement. He then informs me a transfer fee is due immediately or the funds will not transfer. The fee of $218.00 is to be sent via Western Union. Before I could do that Mr. Mora contacts me with more GOD NEWS--the investor hs decided to increase the amount of funding, thus the fee has increased. Being very foolish I sent the money.

The transfer has been delayed as the investor is travelling out of hte country...........but another is ready to come onboard. This time the investor is the Head Coas of the Miami Heat and wants to invest $12,000 and the transfer fee is $238.00.  I questioned the fee as it is a domestic Bank to Bank wire transfer and was told that it would be coming from his personal account in the Philipines, hes home country.

I was informaed by Mr. Mora that by the end of the week I would have 2 deposits into my account.

Friday came and I contacted him...the funding was delayed. I asked why, Mr. Mora became enraged with with, letting his temper show. He calle dme every name in the book and was cancelling the contract and would not refund any fees. (He previously agreed to the refund). He threatened to sue me and inflect bodily harm.

This guy is BAD--stay away from him!

Mr. Mora and I have settled our differences. All details have been taken care off!  I have no complaints and our business relation continues.
