I have had the Nautilus NR3000 recumbent bike for almost two years. From the first month there were issues with a knocking noise emanating from the bike's base. After the first repair attempt the noise came back a couple of months later. Same thing happened after the second repair, and then after third repair the knock showed up again after the warranty ran out. Unfortunately, Nautilus instantly became hard to deal with. Since the source of the knock was never solved under warranty, Nautilus refused to stand by their expensive bike and repair it under customer goodwill. Their CSRs are not at all empathic towards their customers, and many times rude.

Yes, Nautilus makes an excellent product when it is perfect and needs no service. If a problem arises, hope that the same issue does not come back a day after the warranty expires!
