Complaint Review: Nautilus Hyosung

Fisrt of all the company at the begining was great. But they starter to hire people that had no manner or any kind of education on the field. I was treat bad by managment and humilated by managment. Their is no HR what so ever they always take the manager side instead of helping you out.. Throught the years I was working for the company many complaints started to increased and no help was given. Many the employees got tired either left the company or the manager simply fire you for no reason what so ever. The worse manager any one can have in their life this guy will treat you like you where nothing since he was your manager he can do what ever he like and as soonest you will report to HR they will never do anything about it . Always they will say that is your fault. You also will be cheat with overtime ,Lunch breaks you never will get an appropiated time to eat lunch. you always will be on oncall to cover areas that are 7 hours away from you. Management on the company is really poor specially in the east cost for example New york and the sorounding areas the manager who cover that area is really a composer liar who does not care for any one that him selft. he will be nice to you in the beggining and then stab you in the back real bad. Always giving promises that he cant keep. He will never defend you. He will never help you. You will be on your on thats why people all over the company is leaving and looking for better jobs that will support them better as HUMAN BEINGS not like ANIMALS. You get hurt their was no disabilities pretty much you will be screw up. You call out sick your manger will never report to HR or dispatch and you will received jobs to do. On your days off you will get calls from the office or your manager. You will never get pay for the extra effort you do if you stay late. if you do your time sheet when you get home, if you wake up early to be at a site, YOU WILL DEFENELITY WILL NOT LIKE TO WORK HERE YOU WILL DO MORE THAN WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO AND YOU WILL NOT GET PAY FOR THAT. I KNOW JOBS ARE HARD TO FIND OUT THERE BUT LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE READ MORE ABOUT THE COMPANY SEE IF YOU KNOW SOME ONE WHO WORKS THERE ALREADY FIND AS MUCH AS YOU BEFORE GETTING INTO THIS. THAT WAS MY MISTAKE AND LEFT MY OTHER COMPANY FOR THIS ONE AND LEARN MY LEASON I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NEXT JOB I GET WILL BE WORTH BEEN THEIR AND THAT MY TIME AND IDEAS BE CONSIDER,
