I sent 3 keypads into Hyosungs repair department, who then charged me for the repairs but the items were returned in unworking condition.  This would normally not be a big issue, but upon my sending these items out to fix current equipment we spent countless amount of money and time to resolve the issue.  

Our resolution was to finally order the parts from another distributor and be stuck with the parts Hyosung claimed to have repaired.  I contacted the company and explained my situation, I only asked that they repair the items properly and they were unwilling to do so.  Very very very unfotunate business practice.
