I just reccieved a bill in the mail for $45.28! I called Navicomm and was told that they did not keep records of the websites that use Navicomm for their access charges. They also said that they would put a block from further charges and reduce the amount 25%.

I asked "How can you put a block on a company that you claim to not have records on?" I even spoke with Supervisor 8016 (they are not allowed to give out their names she claimed) and all she would say over and over again was, "we do not have that information."

So, How can they do business with someone without having any records of who they are doing business with. Isn't that a violation of the privacy act or some civil right, especially when they somehow break through my firewalls, introduced my business computer to a virus called mal something that comes up on my anti virus scan, and opened up the doors to so many pornographic popups that I couldn't keep up with closing them so I had to end up shutting down.

The next day I found it programmed into my computer and had to uninstall it because it poped up immediately. There is something very wrong here, especially after they were already fined over $5 million by the FCC in 2002. How is this still going on in 2005?
