Same story as all others about Navicomm.

Received the bill 9/6/05, so I called Navicomm for an explanation of charges. The bill is for 8.88 for 3 minutes of time on some web site. When asked what site it was, I was given the "I don't have that information."

When I said I would like to dispute the charges, I was told I could not dispute the charges. When asked what could I do to prevent future billing occurreces, I was told to contact my phone company and put a 10-10 block, and an international block! An international call block for a website? Very fishy.

Also the bill is a home-printed paper with no explanation of the charges, just the charge. It doesn't even give a per-minute rate for their charge. Also, most bills I have received have a lot of fine print on the back about privacy, disputing charges, etc. This one is blank on the back. No, I'm not paying this one either. Let's shut them down.
