Complaint Review: Navicomm - One Call

I recieved a bill for $133.13 for 8 internet website access charges Navicomm, LTD, being billed by ONE CALL Long Distance. No one was on the computer at the times when they claim we were accessing whatever sites the billing is for.

When I called the billing inquiries line, I was told that they were only a billing center and didn't have information on what websites we were being billed for, but that they were billed from my phone line, so we definately incurred the charges.

I googled Navicomm LTD, and only rip-off reports came up. I refuse to pay for these charges as we didn't authorize or have any knowledge of them.
