Got a letter yesterday 9/6/05 from Navicomm totalling $157.13 for 5 charges. For: 24.50, 37.54, 37.24, 22.46 and 35.59!

I don't have a working computer at home, but my daughter has a laptop. When I asked her about the sites she said she does not go to any strange sites but does get a lot of pop ups. When I asked her about the pop ups she said the only way to get rid of them is to click on cancel or deny.

Another time no one was at home and no one was on the computer. I have AOL so I don't need any web access sites.

I called the company and it took 25 minutes to get across, I was told that the site was accessed and that it was traced to my computer. They said to look at the History Folder for site access. I told them that I would not pay the bill, that I am disputing it and will report them to the State Attorney's Office and the Better Business Bureau. I also told them that they are committing fraud and that my attorney will be in contact with them. Not only are they committing internet fraud but mail fraud and the Post Office does not take too kindly to that sort of thing.

It sounded like a call center when they andwered the phone and all they'll do it log in the complaint. I will report them and see what happens. They need to be shut down.

I just read that one woman got a phone bill which was reversed and it was to Diego Garcia, THAT HAPPENED TO ME AS WELL! One month later I got this NaviComm bill in the mail.
